This is how i set the tics for the Cat-C1, putting 1 Lrm15 on A
and 2 Lrm15's on B lets me fire my Lrm15's in single fire, by
pressing ( NumLock ) for tic A and ( / ) to fire tic B. I count 1
sometimes 2 seconds before i fire the other Lrm15, this helps me
control heat build up and also keeps the opposing mech shaking,
increasing the chance of him missing you. When the times calls
for you to fire both Lrm15's, wait for tic A to recharge then
press ( / ) to fire tic B which will enable you to fire both
Lrm15's. When the opposing mech closes within 300m, then it is
time to fire your Med Lasers from tic C using ( * ).
Damage Chart
Below is the damage chart for the Cat C1 - example = 6 single Med
Laser shots is needed to destroy the Cat's FRT.

As you can see, i have not put info for Lrm damage as Lrm's cause
wide area damage, so i cannot obtain accurate information.
Weakspot
The Cat design has a weak spot right behind the cockpit window on
top. If you can get above the Cat and strike there you can
usually do some pretty severe damage to the Cat that way. Gyro
hits are more common when the Cat is struck in that spot. Also,
if you go a little farther back along the spine of the Cat, the
rear armour wraps up over the top of the Cat, is a good place to
hit too.
Tactics
Described below will be examples of how i use the Cat-C1 against
the standard mechs you will see.
Cat-C1 v's Jenner F - Against this mech i would start to fade (
Full reverse ) just before the Jenner F reaches 800m, this will
give you time to fire off a few Lrm's at the Jenner F. If it is
OT ( Open Tactics = Heading and Legging is ok ), i would be
aiming at the Jenner's legs, hoping to immobilise it. If it is LT
( Limited Tactics ), then i would be aiming at it's CT ( Centre
Torso ) or LA + RA ( Left Arm + Right Arm ) in a hope to either
cripple it or disable 2 of it's weapons. By the time the Jenner
reaches 300m i would engage my jump engines by pressing ( Home
key ), to make sure he doesn't jump above me, in so doing
exposing the weakspot which he will most likely be aiming at, as
soon as i have jumped, i would then aim at his CT or LA + RA to
finish off the Jenner.
Cat-C1 v's Firefly - Same tactics as above.
Cat-C1 v's BlackJack 1 ( BJ-1 ) - This mech will 9/10 times be
fading you, so in this case i would head straight for it at full
speed, twisting my torso and turning slightly to spread the
damage of the incoming Ac fire, also at the same time i will be
jumping as this also helps to spread damage and it lets you gain
that little extra speed, so helping you close that little bit
quicker on the BJ-1. When my Lrm15's come into range and if it's
OT i would aim at his RL ( Right Leg ) or LL ( Left Leg ) so to
immobilise it, so you can close on it and finish it off with your
Med Lasers. If it's LT, i would be aiming at his CT, because of
the Lrm's causing wide spread damage, you will cause maximum
damage this way. After a few Lrm's have been fired, eventually
either his RT or LT ( Right Torso or Left Torso ), will go
critical, giving you the chance to aim at the most damaged area,
in so doing, knocking off his RT or LT which will result in him
losing valuable weapons.
